I don’t think I am a foodie per se but I do love my food. My homemade food. I have been cooking for a while using only non-processed ingredients and palm free is my latest statement. I am ready to prove to you guys that a healthy homemade dish goes a long way. No I am no Jamie Oliver but I am a SAHM and I always wanted my kids and husband to try different food but above all to be healthy so I do spend an hour each day (on a school day) cooking lunch and less in the evening cause it’s generally simple ie salmon and rice with tomatoe sauce or fresh pasta with cream or fruits and cutout carrots with cheese and some sort of meat just simple. Lunch is were my creative buds come to live and tata something is on the plate somehow.
I never plan. I do with what is in my fridge and I just mix cut flavour and somehow it works. So let’s get on to this shall we?
PS: it is important to me because spices are a large part of my life since I am originally from Morocco. But also really my passion comes from my husband and kids, the delight to see them enjoy by cleaning their plates off.
